About: This distinguished panel consists of water experts and activists from around the world. As AP reports drugs in the drinking water of 24 U.S. cities, clean water starts to surface as a national security issue. Meanwhile, as scientists declare the Colorado River in "catastrophic decline," multinational water companies are being accused of "water hunting." A crisis confronts us: Will this century be marked by water wars? Or by a global catastrophe, in which only those who can pay for water survive? Who really owns water? Is water a human right?
